How to Purchase Tickets
Tickets may be purchased online through Ticketmaster (we only sell online tickets through Ticketmaster) or at our box office during regular box office hours. If calling outside hours of operation, please leave a message, and a representative will return your call as quickly as possible.
Ticket Policies
The Strand accepts all major credit cards except American Express.
A Flagstar ATM located in our lobby.
Returns or exchanges are subject to each specific event. Please see Tickemaster or call box office for details.
Beaware of third party scams. Tickets for Strand events are only sold through Ticketmaster.
Security
Security protocols may vary slightly for each event.
Purses and small bags are permitted but subject to search by theatre personnel. No backpacks are allowed.
Weapons of any kind are prohibited.
The Strand strives to make a memorable experience for all patrons. The Strand reserves the right to remove disruptive patrons without refund.
